Suggests: Screening of Documentary MOVING STORIES

Join us for a screening and film talk on Moving Stories, an award-winning documentary about an acclaimed American dance company traveling the world to work with at-risk youth, teaching them the tools of choreography so they can tell their stories through dance. Filmmakers Mikael Södersten & Cornelia Ravenal will be present for a film talk and Q&A following the screening with Jonathan Hollander (founder, Battery Dance Company) and Tadej Brdnik (dancer/teaching artist). Erik Ullenhag, Counsel General of Sweden in New York, will also be present for an introduction before the screening. Reception to follow the screening.
